By purchasing a ticket and attending the Chaos Lab Jakarta Experience, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Ticket Purchase and Usage:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by Indonesian law.
Ticket price includes VAT, excludes payment charge.
These Waitlist tickets are children's tickets, valid only for weekday visits during the Chaos Lab event period.
Resale of tickets above face value is strictly prohibited. Tickets can only be purchased through the official addtix website and its authorized community partners.
E-tickets must be presented for verification upon entry.
Adult companion tickets are intended for guardians or caregivers accompanying children. They cannot be used by adults without children or by children alone.
The experience goes up to 60 Minutes depending on your pace throughout each area.
Organizer is not responsible for negligence of the ticket purchaser that resulted in the purchaser’s E- voucher/ticket fell to the hands of others (in the mastery of others) to be used as an admission/exchange the actual ticket that eliminates the ticket buyer from entering the venue/exchange the E-voucher.
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the event due to visitor negligence.
Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
Guests who are severely intoxicated, clearly affected by drugs or deemed unfit for entry will not be allowed to get in. Any guests found to possess illegal substances, weapons and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given.
The organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being cancelled or postponed.
The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event if necessary. In such cases, refunds will be issued at the organizers' discretion.
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used for event-related communication and will be protected under Indonesian law.
Guests must be responsible for the security of all of their personal belongings.

What can I expect from the Chaos Lab?

Chaos lab is the ideal place for the little ones to have fun creating and exploring science experiments while unleashing their creativity. At Chaos Lab, expect A Graffiti Wall, Slime Station, A Ball Pit, and many more surprises at their disposal. Meet the Manic Mad Scientist and their lab assistants, who will show you through different rooms to create, discover, play, and, above all, have fun. You’ll be sure to enjoy yourself and create great family memories in this creative laboratory.

Where is the experience located?

Chaos Lab Experience is located in the heart South Jakarta, in everyone's favorite Family Mall, Pondok Indah Mall. Click here to see detail location.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience takes place indoors.

How long does the experience go for?

The experience goes for up to 60 minutes depending on your pace throughout each area.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.

What is the minimum age requirement?

All ages are welcome. For Children, best recomendation from 3-12 Yo and must be accompanied by an Adult and accompanying Adults will need their own tickets.

What does the ticket include?

Child ticket: includes entry to the corresponding session for children from 3-12 years old. Adult: includes entry to the corresponding session for guardians or caregivers accompanying children.

Is the experience wheelchair accessible? Is it recommended for people with mobility problems?

The experience takes place in an accessible location and the majority of the areas will be accessible, however, we will have a ball pit area that may be difficult to access.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

You can ask assistant by the Mall staff to request this facility.

Is the experience accessible for people who are blind or have low vision?

The experience is generally a very hands on interactive experience where there will be a lot of sensory elements involved plus plenty of audio prompts. It does begin with a Welcoming Science Show, however there are available ways to bypass any section of the experience if desired.

Are service animals allowed?

No. Unfortunately, due to the Mall's rules and regulations, bringing pets inside the perimeter is not allowed.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. The Pondok Indah Mall is equipted with sufficient parking space to choose, from Pondok Indah Mall 1, Pondok Indah Mall 2, Pondok Indah Mall 3 parking area.

Are there public transport options to get to the venue?

Yes. The Pondok Indah Mall is surrounded by accessible by public transportation. The Mall itself is directly connected with an interchangable line of Trans Jakarta, connecting to the Street Gallery Skywalk. While visitors can also prefer to use the MRT and stopping at the Lebak Bulus station.

Are strollers allowed inside the experience?

Unfortunately, strollers are not allowed inside during the experience. However, we have a locker area at the entry where these can be checked in.

Is photography allowed?

Yes photography is allowed and encouraged. For the comfort of all guests, please do not bring selfie sticks or tripods.

Will there be lockers?

Yes. Locker area will be accessible at the entry.

What is the suggested attire?

Wear clothes that are comfortable to play in. We will have some slime and coloured markers, so just in case, it might best to wear something you might not mind getting potentially dirty! Our ball pit will require shoes to be removed, so please wear socks.

What are the payment methods for on-site purchases?

Our on-site purchases will be 100% cashless payment, there will be no cash sales available on site. You can use payment methods such as card payment, from Debit Card, Credit Card, QRIS and others.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes. The site is fully air-conditioned and is temperature controlled.

What are prohibited items at the experience?

Weapons, drugs, alcohol and outside food and beverages. Smoking and vaping is also prohibited inside.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, visitors can shop multiple food and beverages as well as goods available inside the experience for purchase. You can enjoy special and limited edition creation only during the Chaos Lab Experience.

Are there restrooms on site?

Yes. There will be bathrooms easily accessible inside the venue, on the centre area. Direction will be easily spotted to guide visitors. Just outside of the Exhibiiton venue, audience can also visit the Pondok Indah Mall public toilet on the left side from the Experience area and just below the escalator, turning left.

Notice for photosensitive people.

Visitors with photosensitivity, such as those with epilepsy, are advised that some exhibits may contain rapidly flashing lights or other visual stimuli.

Are sign language interpreters available on-site?

Yes, our staff is equipped to provide sign language interpretation services.

Visitors can click the Buy Ticket button at the navitagion bar in this website, or directly go to the AddTix platform directly.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly by our official ticketing partner, and will be sent directly to your inbox.

Do you offer press passes?

Please contact us for a press pass request with information about which event you are interested in attending.

Can I host a private event?

Certainly! Please contact us to request the pricelist package, and our Admin will guide you through the process by click the contact us on the right of our website.
